Yes. there is no requirement of mentioning any PAN No and Bank Account Number in the Form - 18.

do a partnership firm is required to inform the ROF if it changes its place of business year to year basis and if the business is conducted from rented premises? plz reply its urgent.

Dear Ankita,
No, Partnership is not required to inform ROC. This is the mandatory provision for companies.

Section 146 does not require any thing pertaining to PAN and other things prescribed under other acts.
Thus, a newly incorporated company can change its registered office.
Further, Form 18 is prescribed under the Companies Act, 1956 and thus, applicable only to companies.
