No need to print, the new name can be endorsed under proper authority of the Board. No fresh stamp duty on the existing shares.

from which date the rate of Rs. 1 per thousand on the issue of share certificate is applicable
furthe share alloted on 24 th August 2001 and if duplicate shares to be issue in 2008 what is the rate of duty payable if any
