Can I change my companies name and replaced my AOA and MOA by passing the Board resolution through Circular resolution????

Refer Sec.179(3) with Rule 8 of Companies (Meetings of Board & its Powers) Rules 2014.
This has to be approved by members by special resolution in general meeting. Board has to approve notice for convening EGM.
