Change of Mg. Partner of a Partnership Firm i.e., Existing Mg. Partner will be removed and remain as a partner and one of the other partners appointed as a Mg. Partner. Can any one explain me the process i.e., whether it requires new Partnership deed ? or Simply a partners resolution will sufficient ?
As per my view there may be only change in deed only, there is no change in firm whether partner come and go out.
