Change in registered office within city

the company wants to change its registered office within the city,

the comapny has taken noc from owner and has postpaid telephone bills in its name , however does not have any rent/lease deed

can the registered office of the company be changed???

plz help URGENT

Please find attached herewith a Note to ROC. Kindly attach it as rent/lease agreement.

The company is already incorporated , the said property is taken on lease by partnership firm and deed is in the name of the partnership firm, there is a common partner and director in firm and company respectively.

thanks everyone so in rent agreement , i will attach a note as directed by mr. cs rahul kabra ji one more thing only form INC 22 needs to be filled ???
