Dear Clubbers,
A Private Limited Company was amalgamated with a Public Limited Company.
Required e-Forms and procedure were filed but the status of the Private Limited Company in the "Company Master Data - MCA" is mentioned as DORMANT instead of AMALGAMATED.
What we have to do in order to change the status of the company.
Please guide me.
It seems it is an error on the part of ROC. I would suggest you to visit concerned ROC office with requisite e-form challans and other legal approvals for amalgamation along with Formal and duly signed Master data correction request.
