Change in communication address

Hi frnzzzz....

 

I need ur help....pls tell me how can i change my communication address and mobile num in ICAI's database. I have shifted my house now and i want to change my communication address now. Also when i regd. for CPT i had given my dad's mob num for contact. Now, i want to make it my mob num. Whaat shud i do?????
