Do we consider CESS also while computing Advance Tax liability?

CESS is considered once while calculating the income tax liability, if it exceeds Rs10,000 than assessee must deposit advance tax @ 30%, 30%, 40% in case of non corparate assessee before 15th of the quarter end. No CESS will be charged again on that amount.
