Dear Sir / Madam, Can anyone help me from where I can get the Certificate of TDS on PF withdrawl. As in return Form to claim the benefit of TDS Credit, TDS certificate No. is mandatory to fill.

The deductor has to provide TDS certificate.
But if your TDS is reflecting in Form 26AS, no need to have certificate.
