excise duty has been round off from 12.36 to 12.50% including all cess. as per budget. but our ledger balances shows separate balances like bed, edu cess, higher cess etc. so plz tell me that should I transfer cess balances to bed ledger.

Dear Mr.Rahul,

As per Budget, the central excise duty increased to 12.50% from 12% and Cess & S&H Cess are exempted from 01.03.2015.  You can maintain separately till further notification.
