Cenvat on rent a cab service

Dear All

Ours is a hotel and we provice Rent -a-cab serivce to our guest and charge service tax @ 14% + .5% +.5% = 15%

we take the services from a serivce provider and he also charges service tax on his invoice.

Wehther we can avail inut of service tax on the Rent-a-cab services for the year 2012-2013, 2013-2014, 2014-2015.
