If Builder / Construction Company pays service tax on software renewal charges ...is eligible for cenvat ??

Yes it is eligible. Please go ahead and avail the same. (If that software is used in accounting or running of your business)

on the same way....... so company can take cenvat of service tax paid on RENT of head office ...?????

If you have centralized registration, yes you can take it

but its a builder company ... rent expenses of head office is not direct expenditure of the company /

so plz giv ans with explanation ??
