We have taken an Advance Licence against an export order. we want to export the goods by paying excise duty (by using our cenvat credit amount), and want to claim refund of excise duty. Is it possible?

Yes its up to you either go for export under lut or export under rebate claim.

You can go for export under rebate, it is the easiest way to convert your credit balance into cash.
