if I hv Cenvat credit of service tax. can I carry fwd full credit of such Cenvat credit. n take setoff against my cgst liability under GST?

yes , but you have to file tan 1 and tan 2 for the same
Also you need to file Service tax return for Apr-June17 show carry forward of credit in ST return and file Tan 1 & 2
