Cash sales

We are into the business of trading in edible oil.the value of transaction are high.if some parties buy in cash from us through out the year their yearly purchase from us will be in huge.we are showing the sales and the cash receipt in our books.is there any irregularities regarding this from our side .both in Income tax and vat
