my father passed away some months back.i am his legal heir.a small amount of tax is payable.whose pan no. is to be mentioned while payment of tax in net banking...whether of deceased assessee or legal heir?please help...

tax would be paid in name of pan holder, irrespective of fact that payee is different
it means in name of father i would pay...am i right?
