Caro for ipcc may 2015 exams

Whether CARO is applicable for May 2015 IPCC Exams? I was so confused with this. Please help me to clarify this doubt.

Neither CARO 2003 nor CARO 2015 is applicable for May'15 CA-IPC Exams.

yes CARO is not applicable
