Car loan itr query
Hi everyone, I booked a car from Toyota and applied for 5 lakh loan from toyota finance. The problem is that am self employed individual . As far as income proof is concerned I only have ITR - V with me and don't have the balance sheet and P&L. Actually my CA passed away, so there is no option of asking the docs now. Toyota finance want the balance sheet and P&L they say on the basis of ITR - V we cant pass the loan. Am stuck pls suggest me a way out

Dear sir,
Since ur ca pass away so u can't claim ur balance sheet & pl from him. But what u can do is consult with another ca and tell him to draft ur balance sheet & pl by referring ur past ITRs. He can draft the balance sheet & pl which u can provide to ur financer.
