what is captalisation of assets in balance sheet.

It means recording the asset in the balance sheet rather than expensing its cost in the P& L A/c.

Capitalisation  of  Asset  means  transfer  of  Capital  Work  in  progress  in  the  books  to  the  concerned  FIxed  Assets  Accounts  by  following  the  relevant  Accounting  process  as  per  the  Accounting  Standard.
