I have purchased a flat in 2001 that time I have entered agreement of sale only, later in 2008 I got registration for property, Now i sold the property in 2016-17.
Now my question is indexation can be taken from year of agreement of sale or from year of registration
If the possession of the flat received in 2001, then consider that date.......
