We have taken Flat in 2011and Paid Installment from 2011 started. But My deed is on OCT 2014.and we also sold that flat in DEC 2014. so how to shown to income tax Return and which Under STCG Or LTCG ?

Now in your case the purchase deed is in 2014, and sale is also in the same year. So it would be STCG/STCL.
