- Assignment Agreement between Me , Buyer & Builder Transferring rights to Buyer signed on 11th March, 2015
- Builder Registers flat in Buyers' name on April 23, 2015 - 80% of my payment recd on that date from Buyer
- The property was not registered in my name - what is my date of acquisition - can it be treated as the date of sale Agreement between Me and Builder?
- If Yes - between 31/3/2011 and my sale - we are in excess of 3 years - can this be treated as long term capital gain
- My sale agreement was signed on March 11th 2015 - but 80% of money was paid on April 23rd 2015 - will this sale be treated in FY14-15 or FY 15-16
