can i take transfer if CA doesnt have any problem???

My CA is ready to give me transfer on mutual understanding will my transfer will be allowed by ICAI or its waste to apply for it?

MY CA tell me if i take tranfer it must be full and not secondment as i have finsihed 1 year 8 month articleship so he doesnt want any matter latter on so it must be pure transfer

so freind help me on this

moreover my ca give me the stipend cheque at end of every month so can he give false information to icai of excess leave taken?

He cant giv false statement on excess leave taken as u hav the proof of Chqs given by him
