can i submit ipcc reg revalidation form by hand without demand draft?
since icai institute is near so can i revalidate and pay by cash in hand..

Revalidation fee shall be MANDATORILY paid by DEMAND DRAFT.
i don't have bank account how should i ?
Since the value of demand draft is less than Rs. 50,000, you can walk into any bank, pay the amount in cash incl. the bank charges and get the draft prepared. You need not have a bank account for it.
