Can a CA be partner in more than one firm?? suppose a ca is a partner in XYZ & Co. registered on RBI panel and he also want to be a partner with ABC & Co.?? whether he can do so??? to whom the advantage will be given of his partnership in case of Bank audit ???

Yes a CA can become partner in more than one firm but the benefit of becoming partner will be given only to one firm in which u want to have ur name hold.
u cant claim the benefit in bank audit in both the firms.
