Recently, I joined an organisation on 8th January 2024. My CTC is INR 50,000/- per month. And they gave me salary INR 38,709/- on the basis of 31 days calculation. Is this correct?

CTC is INR 50,000/- per month. Leave as per organisation policy. No other benefits.

Thanks for your reply, But as I mentioned earlier it is written CTC 50,000/- only. Nowhere written 26/30/31 days basis.

I'm not said that's correct...
Please read My reply once again...
Salary will be calculate 26days basis.
If Your employer calculate with 31days then ask them for this and future salary foe working.
