International CFA is definitely easier. Indian CA is way tougher and extremely frustrating (Consider this a warning :) )
But CFA is much more expensive. As far as your employment prospects are; both will stand you in good stead.
Other differences being;
CFA is only finance specific. Whereas Indian CA is a bit more wholesome.
CFA suppport is low (and expensive if available) in India. CA has a lot of education support by our institute and by various communities; just like cca.
k.. Lemme give you one good hack to judge the entire confusion. Go through the free available (intermediate level) study materials of both. And then go through some question papers. Which ever appeals more.. take that.
