Under which section TDS will be deducted for amount paid to CA INTER ..I.e. us 194C OR 194 J.

Under 194J Fees paid to Professional fees we want deduct tds @ 10%

TDS IS APPLICABLE AS PER STATUS AND SERVICES NOT ON THE BASIS QUALIFICATION U/S 194J OR 194C
SO,TDS WILL BE DEDUCTE U/S 194J @ 10%
