yes he can be a partner in 'n number of firms. there's no restriction on this.

Friends can you please tell me whether a CA holding COP, can be a partner in CWA and CS Firms simultaneously ? If Yes, how can he can be be joined and what are the limits and signing power he can avail. And also please comment on LLP Issue....
I hope my question is clear that a trible qualified can he as benefit.

YES CA CAN BE PARTNER with the others ... which include CS, CWA, B ARC, ....as per the latest amedments in the professional ethics....and there is no restirication of a ca becoming partner in a firn...

As we know that the CA can sign Company balancesheets whereas CWA can sign the Cost Audits. Can Trible qualified can sign in both the areas ?
