SUB : SUGGESTION WAITING FOR CONSIDERATION
Dear sir
We would like to bring to the notice of our institute on the above subject matter for consideration and subsequent implementation(if holds good to the broader prospects of both Institute & students).
Sir, as u know CA course is a DYNAMIC course.
It always have to accommodate with the changing trends of market & the other forces.
I hope no one should have any objection to this aspect of CA syllabus/course.
As all know, after admission to IPCC one gets the chance to appear for the exam within a short span of time of 9-months.
But in the case of final (after passing IPCC- & getting enrolled into the final), one has to wait for a period of 3-year or so , to be eligible for appearing in the exam.
This, in our opinion ,is definitely a very large time period , within of which lots of changes , in terms Of syllabus, amendments ,regulating Rules & Regulations gets changed .
To this , we want to put forth our suggestion, waiting for consideration.
Ø Can we defer the delivery of study modules to our Final students
Ø Letting them to collect the study modules at their ease , ie. as per the commencement of their exam dates
Ø This will help students , not to be worried for the forth coming changes in syllabus, as they are ready with the new materials.
Ø This definitely bring an issue of charging of fees to students in respect of study module
Ø To this , in our opinion , the subscripttttttion will be collected in full at the time of enrollment itself, only deferring the delivery of the study modules ,i.e. as requested by the student to defer the delivery of the same.
Ø Thus the fund management will not stand as an issue in front of the Institute.
Ø Regarding the management of the issue/dispatch/delivery /receival of module needs little care.
Ø But it definitely improve the existing reputation of ours , in the eyes’ of students , by channelizing our effort towards student friendly.
Ø To this we need to take the help of 2-data tables.
Ø As u know ,CA institute is running with the adoption of online platform/online payment of members’ fee/exam fees etc, this shows , we r taking the help of database.
Ø As u also know, the student strength of final is less in comparison to the IPCC, thus , making our task easier
Ø Also , these Data table needs to be designed once only,& the required data needs to be filled once only
Ø But these tables needs to be accessible across all nodes of Institute, so that one can transact/avail the facility across & all over India.
Ø Also the web site is maintained by NIC –so it is not a very big issue foe them at all.
Ø Thus , in our opinion , there is neither loss incurring at Institute’s end nor at student end, contrarily giving rise some SYNERGY.
Hope , the eminent panel will look into the far reaching implication of this proposal & if found suitable , will design a road map to make it reality .
