Ca final financial reporting

We are starting a new batch on Financial Reporting for CA final students. The first topic being covered is ‘Valuation’ and “Value Added Statement”. Financial Reporting is the Paper 1 of Group I of the CA Final syllabus. It is of 3 hours duration for 100 marks. Level of Knowledge expected from the students here is ‘Advanced’.

Course objectives are as follows:

(a) To gain ability to analyze financial statements including consolidated financial statements of group companies and financial reports of various types of entities,

(b) To gain ability to apply valuation principles,
(c) To familiarise with recent developments in the area of financial reporting,
(d) To gain ability to solve financial reporting and valuation cases.



Duration: 3.5 months

Days: Monday/Wednesday/Friday + Sunday

Timings: 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM
 

About the Faculty: CA. Praveen Tawania is a practicing Chartered Accountant and a faculty member, teaching subjects of Accounting, Financial Reporting, AS/IFRS for CA and CWA & CS in Northern Region of the Country.
