CA Final Exam November 2021

I have revalidated my old CA Final Registration and wish to appear for November 2021 Exam. Do I need to clear any eligibility test now?  Is there any other formalities to complete before appearing for examination? Also, is there any facility to buy study materials from ICAI Dubai Chapter?
