I had enrolled for my articleship in April 2014. My first final attempt on November 2017. I had taken already 180 days leave. Will this amount to ineligibility for appearing the exams? Please help.

Yes you can enroll for final exam any excess leave is calculated after completion of course and then any additional articleship you can serve

No it will effect the exam eligibility.

The eligibility criteria for appearing in CA CPT exam.
1. You must have passed 10+2 examination or its equivalent, from any recognized Board.
2. If you have passed B.Com, M.Com, LLB, ICWA, CS or MBA at the first
attempt that also means that you are eligible to apply.
3. Even if you appearing in your final year of the qualifying examination in your
degree you are eligible to apply.
4. If you have registered for CPT Course with Board of Studies of ICAI on or
before October 1, 2013 also you are eligible to appear in the entrance test
conducted on 2016-17.
