Raj Kumar Sir. But u can also go for Farooq Haq DVD/Pen Drive classes. (150 hours)

No doubt...dippak Gupta... but his fees is much higher than Raj Kumar sir

Dippak Gupta sir is no doubt best from knowledge point of view but Raj Kumar sir is best from exams point of view.

if fees doesn't matter...
Dippak Gupta is best option..

if you want to consider fees as well opt for Raj Kumar Sir..

both are very good in teaching and try to explain in such a way that every one can understand and apply the concept in the exam...

the ultimately your contribution is more important whether you are able to recollect the concepts and apply in the exam.
