I am a Supdt of Central Excise aged 47 willing to appear for CA Exams and qualify. I have passed BCom in 1989 with 58% marks. Can I write the exams

Certainly, You can. Go for it! You may get admission through direct entry scheme. But, then you have to leave your job and devote time for the internship.

Yes, you can write exams under direct entry scheme of ICAI.
