Ca articleship

hello everyone, I have one query relating to Chartered accountant articleship, that can we take transfer of C.A Firm after completion of exactly two years due to any reason? please help me out with the help of any legal reasoning, because I have heard that we can take transfer within one year of articleship only...... Awaiting for reply......
