Ca along with cs and b.com(a & f)

respected members, I want to know that I have mentioned CS executive in form 112, now I want to register too for b.com (a and f) from ignou which is colloboration with icai as u may be know, so can I pursue b.com(a and f) without intimating them or they can know that I'm doing ca already ????.
