WE HAVE SOLD SOME GOODS ON C FORM 2% BASIS . NOW OUR SUPPLIER IS NOT ISSUING THE C FORM . GOODS ARE 12.5% . LET ME KNOW THE PROCEDURE FOR HOW TO PROCESS FURTHER OR LET ME KNOW HOW TO FILE OR SUBMIT THE BALANCE AMOUNT TO GOVT .

If you not recd. C-Forms then you have to deposit diffrence amount @ 10.50% (12.50-2) with interest

If "C" is not received then you have to pay differential tax i.e. (10.5%) with Interest. No penalty would bve levied besides interest.
