Supposed i have purchase from out of gujarat of Rs.100000 in June 11 agaisnt Form 'c', and i have returned some material of rs. 25000 in october 11.
Now what amount i have to issue Form 'c' to the party. Please also same case for Form F also.

CFORM OF VALUE OF Rs.75000/- WOULD BE ISSUED IN THE ABOVE CASE.

I would agree with Avtnash and Harshal...
Even practically we have cancelled original Form C and applied for new form C when party reports return of goods....

but, when 1)we have to issue quarterly
or 2) i have issued form for the same in 2nd qtr, then what wil be procedure.....
