Thank you Krishna,
We have received it excluding tax that is, Invoice amt less Tax ,
I had a word with my dealer but he's saying his CA has given the certificate and say's it is correct as in any case 2% CST is appliacle on all C Forms so it does not matter that declaration is given with or without tax ,but i am of the opinion that declaration should be given for the invoice amount.

Dear sir,
1. I want to know about if we want to issue the form-c by department, which amount we take its basic amt or net (including everything).
2. If we have we have cancelled a c-form how to submitt in deptt & what is format & processor.

C from Value will be gross invoce value including Value of Goods, Frieght Charges- if CST has charged on it, and CST @ 2%
