I want to know if I issue bill in 31.03.2014 but party taken this bill in 11.04.2014 and party issue c form in year 2014-15. can I claim the c form in 2013. what problem will face in sales tax. plz reply urgent

Dear purushottam

Since the bill is raised in the FY 2013-14 , you will need to claim the C FORM in 2013-14 only.

The party taking the bill in FY 2014-15 is irrelevant. Similarly party giving C FORM in 2014-15 is irrelevant. Important is the date of sale from the point of view of a seller.
