Wat is C form and when it is to be used, on what kind of transaction?

When Any one(must reg. under CST Act) purchased/Sales goods out of it's state,he can use C FORM for performing transaction. The Rate of Sales tax will Be @ 2%.
For a Example. A of Ajmer Purchases goods from B of Baroda. A send C FORM to B for Lower Sales tax.Now b Can collect only Two percent sales tax instead of 12.5 or 4%.
The C Formsare in Three copy. one copy is sent by purchaser to seller,other one is for salestax dep. nd lastone is for himself.

reg C form, please ensure that the goods are covered in the registration certificate of the purchasing dealer.
Form F is to be issued by the receiver of the goods in stock transfer ie.Branch transfer

see C Form is issued for resale of an goods not for further prossing
