Business loan

               I am a business man here in west bengal Siliguri, Presently we are banking with SBI and we have a CC loan of 24 lac. I have give my House on Motgage but as business is growing i need more fund but the bank says my motgage value is very low and I dont have any garantors too. What should I do could you please help I cant see my business coz i have natured it from start please help
