I want to open a branch office in same state and same GSTIN where I registered. what is the procedure

you have to amend you registration on GST portal for Core Fields amendment under the tab additional place of business.
You can add the Branch Office as "ADDITIONAL PLACE OF BUSINESS" in Your GSTIN
under Services -> Core field -> Additional place of business...
under Services -> Core field -> Additional place of business...
