Hi everyone,

Can anyone please help me,what is whole procedure for opening a new branch of office in Pvt Ltd. Company under companies act 

i want to ask what legel formalties needs to be done for new branch.

second when we prepare Head accounts then Branch expenses is merged with head office or it is made on independent basis.What is the legel procedure can you please explain me ?
