Advanced Auditing & Professional ethics - Padhukas or pk sharma
in addition you can refer suggested answers(icai) and notifications , amendments.

Agree with the suggestions.
Also refer Scanners and Suggested Answer issued by ICAI for previous year exams and revised them properly.
For some good notes explore CAClubindia forum and share file section. You may also use search facility of club.

how to approach the indirect tax. presently i am referring vaitheeswaran sir's book, in which there is no question and answer. it is just like running notes.
your advice will be very useful for my preparation.
