For CA final Level the best books for Costing and OR are:
1. Saxena and Vashisth : Cost Management
2. A N Shridhar : Not sure about the name (you can find it by the name of writer)
AN Shridhar is good for practice however it lacks a quality theory segment which has a good weightage in Final Exams. VK Saxena is best option for both Practice and Theory.

@ nikita : have u taken any coaching before studying from padhuka? Rite now I have started d OR part from sanjay aggarwal's book. But there are many mistakes in linear programming & assignment chapters. I don't know about d other chapters. But I am fed up of these mistakes .

Get p c tulsian or padhuka.. First option is better.

The only best book for self study is the book written by CA (Dr). P.C. Tulsian which are as follows :
1) Tulsian's Advanced Management Accounting
2) Tulsian's Operational Research for CA-Final
