Dear Sir, My Quarry is regarding Passing of New Board of Resolution for EPF Trust for adding of new member in trust.As per rules the BOR should be passed once in 5 years. Can I Pass new BOR within 5 years tenure for adding new Trustee for EPF Trust. Pls clarify.
