Is agenda needed to be given with the notice of board meeting??

yes, As per SS-1 - Notice, Agenda and Notes of Agenda in writing of every Board meeting shall be given.
Is it mandatory to do so?
Yes, the agenda should be the part of the notice.
Mate.... whether it is Statutory/Board or AG....all meetings need to be given an agenda....
Not sure about an adjourned meeting though!
