Our Company is Freight Forwarder. We have Client in Bhutan. We raised the Bill to our Client in Bhutan. But our TDS @ 3% is getting deducted from every bill. Will we able to take the credit of TDS deducted in BHUTAN filing income tax returns in INDIA? We are not filing any returns in Bhutan.
